Mrs. Weber: Good afternoon, thanks for coming in. Please, take a seat. So, tell me a little about yourself.
Ben: Thank you for having me. I'm a student at a Realschule in Munich, and I'm a highly organised person who enjoys working in a team. I also helped organise my school's summer festival last year.
Mrs. Weber: Yes, I read that in your letter. Why do you want to work here as an Assistant Event Manager?
Ben: I really enjoy planning things and making sure everything runs smoothly. Working on real festivals and concerts would be a great next step for me.
Mrs. Weber: What would you say is your biggest strength?
Ben: I'm good at solving problems quickly and staying calm when things don't go according to plan. Last year, when it started raining during our festival, I helped move everything inside within a few minutes.
Mrs. Weber: Impressive. Is there anything you find difficult?
Ben: Sometimes I take on too many small tasks myself instead of asking others for help. I'm working on trusting my team more.
Mrs. Weber: That's a very honest answer. Do you have any questions for me?
Ben: Yes — what's the biggest event your team is working on this year?
Mrs. Weber: Good question. We're organising a summer music festival for over five thousand visitors, so it's a big one.
Ben: That sounds amazing, I'd love to be part of that.
Mrs. Weber: Thank you for your time today. We'll be in touch by the end of the week.
Ben: Thank you very much. Have a good day!
